In a quiet HDB void deck, one chinese man rants and raves. Believing himself to be the colonial administrator William Farquhar, the man preaches of the contributions he has made to Singapore, in comparison to his superior Stamford Raffles. Oblivious and bored, everyone ignores him. But the man continues his tirade towards the camera. Who is he even talking to?
