Kasino, Dono, and Indro are members of CHIPS (A Great Way To Solve Social Problems) led by the boss, Uncle Junet. But the three have bad luck in every task they do. Things do not get any better when Lita and a transgender become new members. Evidently, Uncle Junet is a playboy. Only Kasino knows this because he has caught him cheating. Then the CHIPS organization becomes more chaotic and eventually disbands. On one occasion, when Kasino, Dono and Indro are still unemployed, they go to the house of Lita, and find out that she is getting married to Uncle Junet.

Under the guise of trying to resolve the pest problem, Dono convinces them to all leave the house. In the meantime, he has arranged a tryst with a young woman he has just recently met and hopes to get to know better while he has the house to himself. However, because his friends and their girlfriends don’t understand what is really going on, all of Dono’s efforts come to naught.

The police arrest Indro after he breaks a public telephone. The film’s comedy stems from misunderstanding and odd situations. The other formula is sex via Eva Arnaz and Lydia Kandou who always wear mini short pants and tight t-shirts.

Dono (Wahyu Sardono), Kasino (Kasino Hadiwibowo) and Indro (Indrojoyo Kusumo) get lost and end up on an island where the only occupants are beautiful young women, except for the tribal chief (Tile) and his three obese daughters. Dono and friends are forced to flee the island when the chief decides they have to marry his daughters. Back at home, Dono meets up with Merry (Fortunella). As usual, Dono and Kasino, along with Indro and Merry, Winny (Kiki Fatmala) and Nia (Sally Marcelina) end up on the beach surrounded by lovely young women in bikinis. The relationships of these three pairs are extremely volatile. Suddenly, as man dressed in Arab garb, accompanied by bodyguards, shows up claiming that Merry has been designated as his wife in an arranged marriage. Kasino defeats the bodyguards, who end up in the hospital. The comedic scenes then shift to the hospital and eventually back to the trio’s home again before the film’s end.

The trio of Dono, Kasino and Indro, are working for an advertising firm. The story begins with the three comedians running here and there, exploiting every opportunity toward humor. Initially, Dono becomes enamored of a belly dancer, whom Indro hits on while Dono is away. It turns out that the belly dancer is being used by a blackmailer to extort money. Then the trio embarks on an effort to make a beer commercial with a chubby actress, Yuli (Tarida Gloria), who makes a big mess of the film shoot. Whatever storyline exists then disintegrates into a series of totally unrelated comedic sketches.

On a holiday, Indro, Susan and Henny go on a camping trip. Kasino, who brings Vera along, has initiated this trip. Lola brings along Dono. She is actually after Indro while Dono is after her. Vera, who believes that Indro is a film director, goes after him. More misunderstandings occur until Kasino’s lie is finally exposed. Then Kasino tries to chase another girl, this time is in a restaurant. But the girl, Julia, already has a boyfriend, Tony, a thug. Unfortunately, it is Indro who becomes the boyfriend’s jealous target. Indro is followed wherever he goes and it makes him paranoid. Dono and Kasino suggest that he hides in a coffin and they would announce that he is dead. At first, Tony believes this, but he wants to prove it himself. Luckily, Julia comes to give an explanation so Indro is rescued from his predicament.

Three poor students help Mr. Broto who is a victim of a hit and run accident. Apparently, Mr. Broto has a treasure map and this treasure quest makes the trio enter the forest, climb hills and cross rivers. Then Dono gets a girlfriend named Maya, the daughter of the person who hit Mr. Broto. There are many slapstick comedy moments such as the crashing the doors, or slipping on banana peels, to lighten the mood of the treasure quest.

This time, the comedy trio of Warkop DKI is joined by another comedian, Mat Solar. Each have their own quirkiness: Kasino the grumpy, Dono the senile, Indro the stutterer, and Mat Solar, deaf in one ear. They work in a hotel run by Paulus. Their quirkiness is the source of humour and misunderstandings, an old tried-and-tested recipe that is still used to attract movie-goers. The highlight is the hotel’s new year event. They appear as performers and call themselves, Wow, It’s Huge. They sing covers of The Beatles, Rolling Stones, and some folk songs. In the end, the show is still a mess.
