The hard struggle of the hero who comes from a suburban town to Shibuya in Tokyo is portrayed realistically with guerilla style shooting. High school dropout Kuronaga Yuto (Kubota Masataka) hears that his school upperclassman Yoshio (Suzunosuke) has control over Shibuya, the sacred ground for juvenile delinquents, and goes to the downtown area to become his "pupil." Kubota Masataka stars in this one, as he did in the first film, with handsome new actors added in vivid fight scenes. Kuronaga Yuto (Kubota), who took control of Shibuya in the first film, moves into Kabukicho in Shinjuku. He challenges a fight against Aikawa Koji (Matsuzaki Yutaka) the Kabukicho high school gang leader who does any bad thing he likes and manipulates yakuza and nightclub hosts with money.
