He has assembled a squad of talented florists to help him as he transforms an ancient palazzo and a world-famous hotel. On the outskirts of Edinburgh, Ian and his team of florists attempt their biggest ever floral arch. It's just the starting point of an epic installation within a stunning castle. With so many weddings scheduled for the summer, time is the biggest pressure so there's not a moment to waste.

In London, Ricky creates a stunning floral wonderland, complete with giant ice cream cones and fairground horses, while Philip plans a sumptuous floral display for the Chelsea in Bloom extravaganza.

Kelly Louise designs a floral dreamworld for a couple's perfect English country wedding, while Edinburgh's Fleurs de Villes showcases some of the brightest recreations of history's most iconic women.
