Shreegauri Sawant, a transgender activist prepares for the third battle of her life, she recalls the first two; the battle for identity & survival. We start her journey from a 10-year-old boy Ganesh, who wants to grow up and be a mother.

Ganesh, after losing someone most dear to him, faces an identity crisis. It's now a battle of choosing between what people close to him want and what he desires. Shreegauri makes a shocking revelation about her relationship with her father.

Ganesh starts a new life in Mumbai. Just when he found a new family among the transgender community, he is challenged by a fiery transgender, Nargis. If he wins, it's his dream come true but failing would cost him his life.

Ganesh becomes Shreegauri after undergoing a life-threatening operation. She rises from the ashes, she rescues a little girl from the clutches of evil forces and gives her a home. Gauri becomes a symbol, a social worker and even a threat.

Gauri's path breaking work for the community makes her a celebrity for many and an eyesore for some. Just when she is flying higher and higher, she is struck by an unrepairable loss that brings her crashing to the ground.

Shreegauri recounts the dramatic and high-stake fight of her life when she and her community refuse to surrender to the powers. The Supreme Court delivers a historic judgment and everyone is ecstatic and someone close is cheering for her.
