Okatani Wataru, who was an ace reporter in the social affairs department of a major newspaper company, witnesses his wife having an affair and decides to get a divorce. Although he makes steady preparations to gain custody of his daughter, a talented lawyer he consults with tells him that his chance of winning is only 10%.
