Christina Karliczek Skoglund meets the legendary diver Cristina Zenato, who has removed over 400 fishing hooks from the mouths of sharks. Far out in the Pacific Ocean off Hawaii, Christina Karliczek Skoglund wants to film what are perhaps the most enigmatic sharks of all: hammerhead sharks. Together with marine biologist Florian Graner, she embarks on a risky dive to a depth of over 40 meters – at a remote, difficult-to-access dive site with strong currents. They want to document a behavior that has never been recorded there before. Will they succeed? And the great white shark also poses a mystery: off the coast of South Africa, these animals have completely disappeared from some regions. Do orcas play a crucial role in this?
